How long does it take for my profile to be approved?
We endeavour to get your profile approved and live on the site within 24 hours, this time will
be slightly longer at busy periods such as weekends and holidays.

How do I edit my profile?
You can edit your profile at any time by logging in with your Member ID and Password then clicking
"My Account" then "Edit Profile". Please note that all edited profiles have
to be re-approved.

How will I know if my profile is rejected?
Most profiles will be approved without a problem, however if your profile has been rejected you
will receive an email explaining why. You will then need to edit it and re-submit it.
Most common reasons for rejection are for putting nicknames instead of first names or only
writing one line of text for your description.

Can I hide my Profile?
If you are receiving too many messages and feel like a breather you can hide your profile.
This will remove you from the search results however you will stay in members favourites if
already added and messages you have sent and received will still be readable.

What does the "Last logged in" on a profile mean?
So that members know who is actively using the site we show the period when that user last logged
in. We refresh this twice per day.

Some one has read/sent me a message however the "last logged in" on their profile is not today, why is that?
The "last logged in" is updated twice per day, therefore this members last logged in
will be updated at the next re-set.
